ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.09.2021 passed in IA.No.01 of 2020 in OS.No. 1590 of 2018 on the file of the XIII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in spite of his efforts, no instructions is received from the petitioner and hence, he seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this revision petition. He has also filed a memo to that effect.
