Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant suspension of sentence of conviction imposed against the petitioner Judgment dated 15.06.2020 passed in C.A.No.76 of 2019 on the file Principal District Session Judge, Namakkal and confirmed the Judgment dated 01.11.2019 passed in S.C.No.15/2013 on the file of Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Namakkal and enlarge on her bail pending above the CRL. R.C.No.593 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.ANBUCHEZHEIYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.SUGENDRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking suspension of sentence imposed against the petitioner in the judgment dated 15.06.2020 passed in C.A.No.76 of 2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Namakkal, confirming the judgment dated 01.11.2019 passed in S.C.No.15 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Namakkal.

2. The petitioner had already filed Crl.M.P.No.4523 of 2020 before this Court and this Court gave its anxious consideration and taking into account the gravity of the offence held that, this is not a fit case to suspend the sentence. This Court had also directed the Registry to post the Criminal Revision Case for final hearing immediately after the resumption of physical hearing.

3. In view of the above, since there is no change of circumstances, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, a direction is issued to the Registry to prepare the typed set of papers and list the Criminal Revision Case, for final hearing during the third week of December 2021.
