2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on 01/06/2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
