ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to seek a direction on the third respondent to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in Survey No.82/13, Koralur Village, Tindivanam Taluk.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General submitted that the encroachment has been removed. Photographs have been produced to show the aforesaid along with a report.

3. In view of the above, nothing would survive for consideration in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is ordered to be closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if any encroachment again made in future. There will be no order as to costs.
