(This case has been heard through video conference) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9087 of 2020 granted anticipatory bail with a condition to deposit Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the credit of defacto complainant's loan account within a period of four weeks. He further submitted that due to the Covid-19 situation, the petitioner is unable to comply with the condition. He would further submit that the petition has been filed within a period of four weeks.
