ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2)(n) of IPC r/w Section 5(j)(ii), 6 of Protection of Children from sexual Offence Act 2012 in Crime No.47 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) Submits that the statement of the victim girl under Section 164 of Cr.P.C is yet to be recorded and if the petitioner is granted bail there is every possibility of tampering the evidence.

3. Considering the same, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
