This application has been filed to condone the delay of 286 days in filing the written statement by the third defendant in the Suit.

2.Considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, though the delay is quite abnormal, this Court is of the view that in order to give fair opportunity to the parties to agitate the rights on merits, this application is ordered and the delay is condoned.
