Arb.Appln.No.207 of 2024 in A.No.191 of 2019 Krishnan Ramasamy, J., The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that after filing the present application for attachment of the immovable properties, now, the matter has been settled amicably between the parties. Hence, the learned counsel requested to raise the attachment order of this Court dated 19.09.2019 made in A.No.191 of 2019.

2. Upon hearing the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the records, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed as prayed for.
