... Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the Non-Traceable Certificate dated 12.01.2021 issued to the 2nd respondent which has been obtained by forged and fabricated documents.

O R D E R

After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), it appears that the original document which has been missing and non traceable certificate obtained by the second respondent is now form part of the suit document in O.S.No.106 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chengalpet and the same has been produced by the petitioner from his custody. Therefore, obviously it is note to everyone that the original document is in the custody of the Court. Therefore, the non traceable certificate issued in favour of the second respondent obviously has to be re-called and cancelled. The prayer in the Criminal Original Petition is hereby allowed.

2. The first respondent police shall be re-called the non traceable certificate and directing the second respondent to work out his remedy in the Civil Court where the matter is pending.
