This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.1036 of 2016 filed before the Family Court, Coimbatore and to transfer to same to the file of Family Court, Erode.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the HMOP.No.1036 of 2016 pending on the file Family Court, Coimbatore to the file of Family Court, Erode and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of "no objection" stated by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered. Accordingly, the petition in HMOP.No.1036 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Erode. The Family Court, Coimbatore is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to HMOP.No.1036 of 2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the file of Family Court, Erode, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, Erode, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
