The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the quantity of sand involved in this case is two units through Tipper Lorry and JCB. He would further submit that there are four previous cases. Hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions made by the learned counsels and considering the fact that the previous antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
