Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take action against the 2nd and 3rd respondents based on complaint dated 16.06.2015 given by the petitioner.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The petitioner claims to have availed vehicle loan from the 3rd respondent and according to him, there is a delay in paying the monthly instalment of January 2015. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the petitioner was plying his Eicher Maxi Cab bearing Registration No.TN 20 BV 7999 and the henchmen of the 2nd respondent has blocked the vehicle and threatened the petitioner with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dire consequences and forcefully taken away the RC Book. The petitioner, in this regard has submitted a representation dated 16.06.2015 to the 1st respondent praying for appropriate action on the ground that the action of the respondents 2 and 3 is in violation of section 450-1A[6][iv][a] of RBI Act, 1934 and though it was acknowledged, the petitioner has not been favoured with any response and hence, he has come forward to file this writ petition. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned Assistant Solicitor General who accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent.

This Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's representation, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2015 in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 2 and 3 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 2 and 3. 5.
