ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.) The applicant, who was the appellant in W.A.No.671 of 2015, seeks review of the order dated 27.4.2015, whereby and whereunder the order dated 27.3.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in M.P.No.3 of 2015 in W.P.No.914 of 2015 was upheld and the appeal was dismissed. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the points raised by the appellant in the appeal have not been considered properly. Certain issues have been left completely unadverted to and as such, the order dated 27.04.2015 necessitates review.

The review applicant has not pointed out any specific error apparent on the face of the record or production of any new material or document, which was not available to the appellant at the time of hearing of the appeal and the same could be discovered subsequently with due diligence. It is also not brought to our notice that substantial injustice has crept in. The appeal was filed against the interim order passed by the learned Single Judge, which cannot be held as conclusive, settling the lis between the parties.

This Court while considering the appeal has considered all points raised by the appellant at the time of hearing. After examining the appeal carefully, the appeal was dismissed. We are, therefore, of the view that no further review is warranted. Accordingly, the review

application stands dismissed. No costs.
