O R D E R

The review application has been filed seeing to review the order of this court dated 16.12.2014 by which the order passed by the Appellate Court dismissing the petition to restore the Appeal Suit No.48 of 2008 was confirmed.

2. Mr.Nethaji, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner would argue that the petitioner should be given an opportunity to put forth his contention before the trial court. Considering the fact that the matter has been deliberately dragged on for years together on the instance of the revision petitioner and the conduct of the petitioner was thoroughly discussed in the order passed by this Court on 16.12.2014, there is nothing to be considered and no case is made out for review.
