ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to punish the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 24.03.2017 passed in W.P.No.7207 of 2017.

2. When this contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7207 of 2017 dated 24.03.2017, the official respondents have taken action and substantially complied with the order. It is further submitted that they have also issued notice to the building owners and locked and sealed the buildings.

3. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
