This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to give police protection bandobust and permission to conduct 128th Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Jayanti/Birthday Anniversary on 14.04.2019 at Vadamangalam Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on the basis of the representation dated 05.04.2019 given by the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to the respondent police. With regard to conduct 128th Birth Anniversary of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar on 14.12.2019. Since, the same has not been considered, the petitioner filed the present petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there will be law and order problem.

4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 5.In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, based on the nature of the request of the petitioner forthwith.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
