Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of exemption to the petitioners from surrendering before the Learned trial Court pursuant to the judgment dated 24/03/2021 made in C.C.No.77 of 2008 on the file of the Learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore(CC no.18 of 2007-TNPID Court, Chennai) pending disposal of this Crl.A.No.224/2021.

The exemption to the petitioners from surrendering before the learned trial Court pursuant to the judgment dated 24/03/2021 made in C.C.No.77 of 2008 on the file of the Learned Special Judge, Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore(CC No.18 of 2007-TNPID Court, Chennai), be and here by is exempted.
