This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2815 of 2020 pending on the file of first Respondent Police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the first respondent had completed the investigation in Crime No.2815 of 2020 and filed a final report on 15.08.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruttani. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
