[Order of the Court was made by Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J.] The appellant/husband has preferred the present appeal against the order of dismissal of his divorce petition with a delay of 206 days in filing the same.
2. Initially, the Court notice to the respondent/wife unserved. Hence, by order of this Court, substituted service through paper publication was directed. Accordingly, the appellant has taken paper publication of one issue of 'Business Standard', Hyderabad edition. An affidavit of service, along with a copy of paper publication has been filed and verified.
3.
