A.Nos1960 & 1961 of 2024 in C.S.No.534 of 2016 and A.No.938 of 2024 and C.S.No.534 of 2016 P.VELMURUGAN , J., Application No.1960 of 2024 has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to amend the long and short cause title and statement of address in the suit to show the defendant as: M/s. Syed Ibrahim Son, represented by Proprietor Ms.Shabana Banu A, No.1071/1, South East Rampart, Thanjavur 613 001.

2. Application No.1961 of 2024 has been filed to delete the second and third defendant from the array of parties.

3. Both the applications have been filed based on the objections raised by the other side ie., defendants' side. Hence the defendants' counsel has not made any serious objections to allow the applications.

4. In view of the above and no prejudice would be caused to the defendants, if the applications are allowed and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, both the applications in A.No.1960 & 1961 of 2024 are ordered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5. The plaintiffs' counsel is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the plaint and file the amended copy of the same on or before 24.04.2024.
