ORDER

A compliance report and affidavit had been filed by the Commissioner, Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Department, Chennai, wherein, it had been stated that the order of this Court had been complied with.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners raised a grievance that with respect to Tmt.E.Meerabai, though she had completed five years of service on 07.09.2002, she was brought into regular service on

01.04.2003 and therefore, it is stated that she had lost the benefit to be included under the General Provident Fund Scheme, but rather included under the Contributory Pension Scheme. On this issue, the said Tmt.E.Meerabai is permitted to give a further representation before the appropriate authority.
