O R D E R

The petitioner is the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P No.159 of 2012 from the file of Hon'ble Sub-Court, Tambaram to the file of I Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is working in SRR Engineering College, Kelambakkam and the respondent- husband is working in MIT, Chrompet.

3. Considering the factual circumstances and the inconvenience caused to the parties concerned, the O.P.No.3787 of 2014 and M.C.No.433 of 2014 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai are withdrawn and transferred to the Sub Court, Tambaram, where the H.M.O.P No.159 of 2012 is also pending. Further direction is issued to the Sub Court, Tambaram to conduct joint trial in all these matters and dispose of the matters within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly the present transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
