O R D E R

The petitioner who was arrested on 18.09.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 392 of IPC, in Cr.No.1590 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had snatched 5 sovereign gold thali from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been in jail from 18.09.2020. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) vehemently opposed to grant of bail by stating that there are 13 previous cases pending against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the offence is grave in nature and there are 13 previous case pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant of bail to the petitioner.
