Respondent/Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Appeal filed under Section 374 Cr.P.C., against the judgment and order of conviction passed in S.C.No.190 of 2002 dated 7.1.2004 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions (Fast Tract Court) Ariyalur convicting the appellants for an offence under section 451 and 397 I.P.C and sentenced them for the offence under section 451 IPC to undergo two years RI and imposed a fine of Rs.1,000/- in default to undergo one month SI and for the offence under section 397 I.P.C imposed sentence to undergo 7 years RI and to pay a fine of Rs.2,000/- in default to undergo 3 months RI and pray that the same be set aside.

BAIL SLIP The Appellants/Accused 3 & 4 namely Rajendran @ Maruthaiyan S/O. Duraikannu and Rajendran @ Nachikutti Rajendran S/o. Nachikutti Ramasemy were directed to be released on Bail as per order of the Court dt. 17.02.04 and made in Crl MP.602/04 in Crl Appeal 103/04 on the file of this Court.
