The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order dated 04.10.2017 made in Crl.M.P.No.3306 of 2017 in C.C.No.2434 of 2015 on the file of the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Mr.S.Thirugnanam, learned counsel for the petitioner has filed change of vakalat on 15.05.2018 and also gave a letter before the Vacation Officer of this Court to post the matter "for withdrawal" stating that the petitioner has instructed him to withdraw the above petition.
