PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India praying to set aside the fair and final order dated 16.08.2018 in I.A.No.1384 of 2018 in O.S.No.351 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Bhavani.

The defendants are the petitioners before this Court. Aggrieved over the non framing of issue of valuation for the http://www.judis.nic.in property, this above civil revision petition is filed.

2. Admittedly, the trial was completed by the trial Court and the matter is pending for arguments. At this stage the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. Since the matter pertains to valuation, the parties are directed to make their legal submissions on the issue at the time of arguments and the trial Court shall consider the same along with the other aspects of law.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs. Consequently, civil miscellaneous petition is closed. Further a direction is issued to the trial Court to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 17.07.2019 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking order.
