COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to direct the Inspector of Police (L&O), C-1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai - 600 001 to execute the warrant dated 17.11.2022 and a further direction, directing the said police to file necessary/appropriate report, concerning the execution of the above said warrant dated 17.11.2022 in C.C.No.13606/2008 & C.C.No.13607/2008 respectively, on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court-II), Egmore, Chennai.

2. The complaints instituted in the year 2008, due to the failure to secure the accused, the case is pending for more than 16 years. Hence, this Court directs the respondent police to execute the warrant as early as possible, without any further delay.

3. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of as prayed for.
