Respondents Writ Petition No.14641 of 2014 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider representation dated 31.5.2013 and consequentially to complete the enquiry initiated by the 2nd respondent vide its proceedings in DE93/2013/REV/NP dated NIL.
Writ Petition No.22945 of 2015 filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.07.2013 and consequentially direct the respondents to initiate action/enquiry based on the said representation after giving personal hearing to the petitioner within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Pleader for R1 & R3 in W.P.22945 of 2013 Mr.T.P.Savitha for R2 in W.P.22945 of 2013 COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) A serious allegation regarding conduct of the officials in misappropriating the government money sanctioned for the damage of crops during 2012-2013 under the welfare scheme of the Government, resulted in an enquiry being held. The grievance of the petitioners is that the enquiry has not seen the end of the day.
2. We are now informed by the learned Government Pleader, on instruction from Thiru.G.Ramesh Kumar, Inspector of Police, Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Nagapattinam that the enquiry is complete and the final report will be filed within a period of three months from today.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that enquiry under Section 81 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act is also pending. The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 in W.P.No.22945 of 2013 states that enquiry will be concluded within a maximum period of four months from today.
4. The said statements of the learned counsel for respondent No.2 in W.P.No.22945 of 2013 and the learned Government Pleader are taken on record.
5. The writ petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of. No costs.
