O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2016 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural and adventure program and to give police protection which is schedule to be held on 17.08.2016 or some other date in Sri Gangaiyamman Temple, situated at Kuppampattu Village, Veppankuppam Post, G.P.Palayam Via. Ambur T.K., Vellore District-632 107.

2. The petitioner seeks police protection to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural and adventure program and to give police protection which is schedule to be held on 17.08.2016, but the date on which the petitioner sought for police protection is already over as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
