CRIME NO.742/2020 This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court date 27/07/2020 and made herein and in the presence of Mr.S.PRABHU Advocate, for the petitioner and of Mr. M. Mohammed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order.

The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the satisfaction Court has been wrongly reflected in the paragraph No.7 (a) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11104 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 and prays for appropriate orders.

3.In view of the above submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.7(a) of the order dated 27.07.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11104 of 2020 to be read as follows: "7.Taking note of the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions :- [a] The petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) as nonrefundable deposit either through RTGS/NEFT or in cash in favour of "Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry (BCTNP) Advocates Relief Fund, Indian Bank, Madras High Court Branch, A/c.No.6873278505, IFSC Code: IDIB000M157" within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance and on production of proof of deposit of the above amount and on further condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Chidambaram, failing which the petition for anticipatory bail shall stands dismissed automatically".

4.A further period of two weeks is extended for executing bond from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The other conditions in Crl.O.P.No.11104 of 2020 dated 27.07.2020 shall stand unaltered.
