ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 21.01.2019 passed by the first respondent thereby rejecting the petitioner's application to issued learner's licence to drive light motor vehicle.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to with draw the writ petition. She also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.
