J U D G M E N T

This appeal arises against the judgment of learned Additional District Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Tirupattur, Vellore District, passed in

S.C.No.211 of 2005 on 21.04.2006.

2. Heard learned counsel for appellant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the appellant has undergone the sentence imposed by trial Court. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a communication of the Superintendent of Central Prison, Vellore, dated 21.03.2017 to the effect that the appellant has undergone the sentence imposed by trial Court.

4. Learned counsel for appellant presently is not canvassing the appeal on merits.

In the circumstances, the Criminal Appeal is closed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
