ORDER

This petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered in Crime No.129 of 2013 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and a Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Puducherry on 30.12.2015.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. The learned Judicial Magistrate III, Puducherry, is directed to act upon the Final Report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the same has not been acted upon till date. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Final Report filed by the respondent Police, it is left open to the petitioner to question the same in the manner known to law.
