(through video conference) It is borne out of the record that the Petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition in W.P. No. 1013 of 2014 challenging the same impugned order, which is the award dated 03.10.2013 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

I.D. No. 11 of 2010 passed by the Industrial Tribunal, Chennai, and that it has been dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.03.2015 by this Court. When it was pointed out that it is not possible to entertain this second Writ Petition challenging the same order, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to make application to restore the earlier Writ Petition along with application for condonation of delay in filing the same and he has filed a memo to that effect through e-mail dated 29.07.2020, which is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
