ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We fail to appreciate why once the respondent authorities came to the conclusion that a lock and seal and demolition notice is to be issued, no further steps have been taken to conclude the issue one way or the other.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent/Corporation states that the third respondent shall conclude the proceedings within a maximum period of two months from today.

3. The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondents shall remain bound by the same.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
