This writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2018 and 09.08.2018. The grievances of the petitioner is that the petitioner's land was acquired by the respondents. Subsequently, award also came to be passed and not satisfied with the amount, the petitioner filed an application before the fourth respondent to refer the award acquired under Section 8(1) of the Tamil Nadu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

land Acquisition of Land for Industrial purpose Act 1997 (Tn Act No.10/1999). But, so far no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the fact that the application is pending with the fourth respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2018 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
