Pending suit after selling the property, the petitioner herein wants police protection alleging that the respondents 5 to 7 are threatening him. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the petitioner after selling the property, still in the said property. After instituting the suit, being a civil dispute, the police has no role to play.

If there is any real threat and incident comes to the notice of the police, police shall act in accordance with law. With this observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
