Though the Probation Officer has recorded that the reasons assigned by the petitioner for grant of leave is true, we are not inclined to entertain the prayer sought for, since he was recently granted 6 days ordinary leave from 09.12.2024 to 14.12.2024 vide W.P.No.33437 of 2024, dated 05.12.2024.
