S. VAIDYANATHAN,J. & A.D. JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J. The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to transfer the detenu, Ramachandran S/o. Kaalirathinam, aged about 48 years, Convict No. 1241, from Central Prison (Open Prison) Coimbatore to Central Prison (Open Prison) Salem.

When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the request of the detenu has been considered and he has been transferred from Central Prison (Open Prison), Coimbatore to Central Prison (Open Prison), Salem by the order of the 3rd respondent herein dated 28.06.2022.
