Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the third respondent herein to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015 and consequently direct the third respondent herein to investigate the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the third respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015 and consequently direct the third respondent to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending before the respondent in C.S.R.No.113 of 2015. He further submitted the petitioner is not co-operated with the enquiry.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in C.S.R.No.113 of 2015 expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
