ORDER

The matter is taken up through web hearing.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequent to the filing of this Contempt Petition, final order has been passed in the writ petition in W.P.No.9006 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 and therefore, the contempt petition may be closed. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has also acknowledged the said fact. 2/3

3.In view of the above submission, no further order is necessary in this Contempt Petition and accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is closed.
