This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to investigate and register the complaint dated 09.03.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 09.03.2015 and a counter complaint has also been received by the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to enquire into both the complaints and take action in accordance with law, laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
