The prayer sought for herein is to order impleadment of the applicant as Respondent No.8 in the above Application No.2416 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondent, who is the applicant in the main application No.2416 of 2019.

3. Since the applicant is the voter in the electoral college for electing some of the members of the Trust Board, he is one of the interested parties and therefore he wants to be impleaded in the main application.

Since there is no serious objection from the respondent herein, who is the applicant in the main application, this Court is inclined to allow this application and the applicant is impleaded as one of the party respondent in Application No.2416 of 2019.
