Respondents Prayer: This Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issue writ of certiorari Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice vide Na.Ka.8522/1986/A9/Chennai published through Dhina Thanthi a Tamil daily dated 27.06.2018 by the first respondent in respect of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the first respondent to extend the time for the functioning of Executive Officer for the second respondent until the scheme decree is finalized.
