Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, in the presence of Ms.K.M.Nalini Shree, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Mohanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, original certificates/letters of the petitioner, containing ten items and xerox copies of certain documents, containing 7 items along with brand new Laptop have been handed over to Mrs.Padma Priya, the petitioner herein by Mr.P.M.Sriram, the respondent herein. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that some other documents to be handed over by the respondent. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has undertaken to hand over the original bill, warranty card and configuration of the said Laptop and some other documents as stated by the counsel for the petitioner, to the petitioner before the Family Court, Chennai. 4.The submission made by both sides is recorded. 21.08.2019
