The petitioner herein seeks leave of this Court in C.R.P.S.R.No.46466 of 2022.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the second respondent is the employee of the petitioner and surcharge proceedings has been initiated against him. The first respondent herein has passed surcharge order in Na.Ka.No.1503/2014/SF1 dated 08.01.2016. Challenging the said surcharge order passed by the first respondent, the third respondent filed an appeal under Section 152(1) before the learned Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases, Small Causes Court, Chennai and the same was allowed.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the surcharge proceedings was initiated for recovering the loss accrued to the petitioner herein.
