This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the orders of the third respondent in his proceedings in C.No.PR.1/2002 dated 06.11.2002 and C.No.E2/PR1/2002 dated 06.11.2002 BO 885/2002 and to quash the same. Further, he has sought for a direction to the respondents herein to reinstate him in service with all consequential service and monetary benefits which has been withheld on account of the imposed penalty.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
