ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.S.RAMESH, J.) With the averments that Ms.S.Benajir Fathima, born on 15.11.2002, is under the illegal custody of her father/3rd respondent herein, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the petitioner, as well as the alleged detenue Ms.S.Benajir Fathima, were present before us.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has now married to Ms.S.Benajir Fathima and the marriage was also registered on 17.05.2024 in Marriage Sl.No.TMR/Mylapore/246/2024 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Mylapore.

4. While the petitioner was born on 02.07.2002 and is aged about 22 years, Ms.S.Benajir Fathima was born on 15.11.2002 and is also aged about

22 years. Since both the petitioner, as well as his wife are majors and have entered into a registered marriage, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
