The petitioner has filed this petition seeking quashment of an FIR in Cr.No.1460 of 2017, on the file of the Inspector of Police, R-9, Valasarvakkam Police Station, Valasarvakkam, Chennai - 600 087.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that during investigation in Cr.No.1460 of 2017, investigation against the petitioner herein has been dropped and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court is of the considered view that nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition.
