Original petition praying that this Hon'ble Court please to Letters of administration to the property and credits of the deceased to have effect throughout the whole of the State of Tamil Nadu may be granted to them.

This Original Petition coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the Court made the followings order:- This original petition has been filed seeking issuance of letters of administration for the estate of deceased S. Kousalya who died on 15.02.2016 at Chennai. The petitioners are the sisters of Sudharshan who is the pre-deceased husband of Kousalya. The respondents are the children of the pre-deceased brother of husband of kousalya. The property was inherited by Kousalya from her husband on his death under Section 8 of the Hindu succession Act. Therefore the petitioners claim letters of administration in respect of the property mentioned in the schedule to the petition as the same has devolved on them under Section 15(2)(b) of the Hindu Succession Act.

2. The second petitioner has been examined as PW1. He has produced the death certificates of Sudharshan and Kousalya is Ex.P2 and Ex.P5. The death certificates of the parents of the Sudharshan have been marked as Ex.P3 and Ex.P4. The legal heirship certificate of the father of

the petitioners and Sudharshan namely Ramanathan Chettiar has been filed as Ex.P7. Publication has been effected and no objections have been received.

3. In view of the evidence available, the Petitioners are entitled to grant of letters of administration in respect of estate of deceased Kousalya.

Original petition is allowed granting letters of administration of the estate of the deceased S.Kousalya in favour of the petitioners. The petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.20,000/-. Sd/.R.S.M.J.
